Is 'In A Box 3' Covid-secure?
We’ll review our practices as new Government guidance becomes available. Currently, it’s your personal choice if you’d like to wear a face mask whilst waking around the venue however this isn’t mandatory.

Can I change my booking if someone in my group gets COVID-19?
Yes, if any member of your group has COVID-19 symptoms or are isolating having come into contact with someone who has COVID-19, please rearrange your booking by emailing us at [email protected] and if possible, by 5pm on the day before you are due to participate.

What shall I wear? And are there any lockers for my stuff?
We recommend smart casual but comfortable clothing for the experience, with flat shoes. There are lockers provided at a charge of £1.
Can I wear my glasses?
How many people can play at once?
Our experience works on teams of 2-4 players. You can book for up to 8 players, however, you’ll be split into groups of max 4 playing either sequentially or in parallel.
I'm on my own. Can I still play?
Can I book for more than 8 players?
Are refunds offered?

Is the experience fully accessible?
Unfortunately, the experience isn’t suitable for you if you are visually or hearing impaired, however you are welcome to enjoy our bar area.
